The Kinetic-QCL Kinetic Chromogenic LAL Assay is a highly sensitive, quantitative test for Gram-negative bacterial endotoxin.

It works by measuring a yellow color change at 405 nm in a 96-well plate, where the time to color development is inversely proportional to endotoxin concentration.

This chromogenic assay is ideal for small volume parenterals, vaccines, antibiotics, and biologics due to its superior sensitivity (0.005 – 50.0 EU/ml) and reduced susceptibility to product inhibition compared to other LAL methods.
